Tim Schumacher
Tim Schumacher is the successful business owner of Source Oilfield Solutions based in Spring, Texas. He lives with his wife in their home north of Houston and has an adult stepson. Tim has been a good friend to Bo for years as they worked together in the oil and gas industry. He was also a frequent playing partner with Bo on the golf course. With his previous experience and expertise in running a charitable organization, Tim was the driving force behind starting this foundation and raising it up to a viable organization. Tim’s love for Bo is evident in his dedication and commitment to advancing the goals of the foundation.

Jason Stephens
Jason Stephens is a Commercial Director at Tenaris in Houston, Texas. He lives with his wife and two children in their home west of Houston. Jason and Bo met when Jason hired Bo into the oil and gas industry. They developed a very close friendship that now inspires Jason to dedicate his time to this charitable foundation. Jason and Bo would often play golf, hunt, and entertain clients with one another. They worked in the same office for many years at two separate organizations. Jason’s love for Bo is evident in his eternal willingness to do anything he needs to do to support Bo’s family and the efforts of this foundation, and all things related to the Cipras.

Mark Contreras
Mark Contreras is a Lieutenant in the Houston Police Department in Houston, Texas. He lives with his wife and two children in their home north of Houston. Mark and Bo met when they were in school as young men and even attended the same college together. Mark and Bo regarded one another as brothers and were bonded close together for many years. They would often play golf with one another, enjoy hunting and fishing trips with friends, nights out, and share their lives together as brothers should. Mark’s love for Bo is evident in his willingness to carry on the good name of his great friend and brother and to help his family in any way he believes Bo would have done. Mark also regards this foundation as an important way to carry on the name of a great man and to help others that experience the same loss.

Irvin Hernandez
Irvin Hernandez is a Regional Sales Manager at JSW Steel in Houston, Texas. He lives with his wife and two children on the west side of Houston. Irvin and Bo met as young men in school and developed a relationship which lasted for many years as classmates, teammates, roommates, best friends, and more. Irvin and Bo were often together playing golf, hunting and fishing, entertaining clients, and having a great time working hard together in the oil and gas industry. Irvin’s love for Bo is evident in his deep desire to keep the good times at the forefront of everyone’s mind, the importance of which Bo often stressed. Irvin is always ready to support Bo’s family and friends in any way he can and views this charity as an opportunity to keep the memory of his best friend alive and honored.

Archie Arredondo
Archie Arredondo is a Senior Sales Manager at Marubeni-Itochu Tubulars America in Houston, Texas. He lives with his wife on the west side of Houston and has two adult daughters. Archie and Bo met when (with Jason Stephens) Archie hired Bo to work at Marubeni. This was Bo’s first oil and gas industry position. Archie and Bo developed a great friendship as Archie helped teach Bo the things he needed to know as a new pipe salesman. They could be seen together entertaining clients and generally having a great time doing so. Archie’s love for Bo is evident in his ubiquity when called upon, his generous donation of his time to this foundation and the willingness to wear any hat or accomplish any task he is asked to do.

Daniel Sandland
Daniel Sandland is the Vice President of Sales at Heat Transfer Tubular Products in Conroe, Texas. He lives in his home north of Houston. Daniel and Bo met as young men playing baseball together and as classmates in school. Daniel and Bo were great friends for many years and could be seen hunting and fishing together and spending a night out with one another. Daniel and Bo were always the life of the party any time they were together, and Daniel has committed himself to not letting the good memory of a great friend cease with his passing. Daniel’s love for Bo is evident in his willingness to sacrifice whatever is needed to help Bo’s family and friends be comforted by their loss. He regards this foundation as a chance to keep that fun and loving memory of his friend alive.

Vinny Guercio
Vinny Guercio is a Senior Sales Representative at Tenaris in Houston, Texas. He lives with his wife and two children in his home northwest of Houston. Vinny and Bo met as young men playing baseball together. They were great friends for many years and lived so closely for a time that they could have been neighbors. They enjoyed competing against one another in golf, washer pitching (better known as ‘washers’), and cornhole competitions. They could also be seen together hunting and fishing on weekend trips, working on the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s Breeders Greeters committee, and enjoying a night out with one another. Vinny’s love for Bo is evident in his willingness to give up his time to plan, organize, and donate to the advancement of this foundation and other endeavors that honor Bo and his family. Vinny views this foundation as a way to give love to Bo’s family and friends and to help those in need of the same love and support.
